SUSPENDING USE OF NON QUAILFIED SUPPLIES
The franchiser, [Name of the franchiser], and the franchisee, [Name of the franchisee], as set forth in their franchise agreement on [Date of the agreement] and as witnessed by [Name of the witness], have agreed to the following additional terms and conditions:
If the franchisee does not comply with agreement to purchase only specific and up to or above standard products either from the franchiser or a third party supplier, the franchiser reserves the right without notice to remove any and all such products from the premise of franchisee's franchise, to keep with standards of quality established by code of [Name of franchise] franchise.
